SAM has the capability to tailor mobile forms to align with our clients' specific project requirements, and all data submitted through forms is securely stored in our proprietary cloud with client access.

Features of SAM Forms comprise:

• Review and manage already submitted forms
• Add signatures and/or pictures to forms
• Utilize the camera to include snapshots in forms
• Fill out forms offline with auto-submission once a connection is restored
• Access various form types or forms in progress
• Save forms without submitting them

With SAM Forms, all your project field data can be effortlessly submitted and accessed using the iOS mobile devices you are already familiar with.

Users need to be registered with SAM and validated as clients to make use of this application and access our cloud network. Getting started with SAM Forms is a simple process:

1. SAM Clients will receive an account along with login credentials.
2. Download the SAM Form app.
3. Launch the app and log in with your credentials to access your customized project forms.
